Modern Slavery Statement

Plumb Finance Inc. is committed to operating ethically and to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place anywhere in our business or our supply chain. This statement is published voluntarily — Plumb is below the threshold for mandatory reporting and is a US-only company — because our values commit us to it regardless of legal requirement.

1. About Plumb

Plumb Finance Inc. is a US technology company, formed in Wyoming and operated fully remotely with no physical office. We provide a personal finance coaching service to consumers in the United States. Our team is small and entirely US-based. We do not manufacture physical goods; the only physical artefacts we produce are printed Year-End Reports and Goodbye Kits, manufactured by US-based partners.

2. Our supply chain

Our supply chain consists of three categories of supplier:

• Software vendors — Amazon Web Services (hosting, SMS via End User Messaging), Array (banking integration), Stripe (payments), Mailgun (email), Anthropic (AI inference), and similar tools. All are established companies with their own modern slavery commitments.
• Print and fulfilment partners — for the printed Year-End Reports and Goodbye Kits, we use US-based print and fulfilment partners selected for both quality and labour standards.
• Professional services — legal, accounting, and design partners, all engaged on a service-firm basis in the US.

3. Risk assessment

We have assessed the modern slavery risk in our supply chain as low. Our suppliers are professional service firms or established technology platforms, predominantly headquartered in jurisdictions with strong labour-rights frameworks. We do not source raw materials, do not employ a global workforce in jurisdictions of concern, and have no physical operations outside the United States.

4. Our policies

• Code of Conduct — every Plumb employee, contractor, and supplier agrees to a Code of Conduct that prohibits forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking in any form.
• Supplier due diligence — for any new supplier representing more than $25,000 of annual spend, we require disclosure of their own modern slavery commitments before engagement.
• Whistleblowing — we maintain a confidential channel (legal@plumbfinance.com) for any employee, contractor, or supplier to raise concerns about labour or ethics issues, with anti-retaliation protections.

5. Training

All Plumb employees receive an annual ethics training that includes modern slavery indicators and reporting procedures. Anyone involved in supplier engagement receives additional training.

6. Effectiveness

We measure the effectiveness of our approach via: zero confirmed incidents (our standing record); 100% supplier code-of-conduct attestation for in-scope suppliers; and 100% completion of annual training. Any incident, however small, would be reported transparently here in next year’s statement.
