E-SIGN Consent

This Consent to Electronic Communications and Signatures ("E-SIGN Consent") explains how Plumb Finance Inc. ("Plumb," "we," "us") will provide communications to you electronically, and asks for your agreement. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

Plumb is an online service. To provide it to you, we need to deliver agreements, disclosures, notices, and other records to you electronically. This consent makes that delivery legally effective under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act") and similar state laws.

Please read this carefully and keep a copy. By checking the box (or otherwise affirmatively agreeing) where this E-SIGN Consent is presented, you consent to receive Communications electronically, and you confirm you can access them.

1. Your consent

By affirmatively agreeing, you consent that Plumb may provide you all "Communications" electronically rather than on paper. "Communications" means any agreement, disclosure, notice, statement, record, receipt, authorization, or other communication we provide to you or that you sign or agree to in connection with your account or the Service, including:

• These Terms of Service and any updates;
• Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the GLBA Privacy Notice (initial and any annual or change notices);
• Subscription, billing, free-trial, renewal, price-change, and cancellation disclosures and confirmations;
• Legal notices and any other disclosures we are required by law to provide "in writing."

2. How we deliver electronic Communications

We may provide Communications by: (a) emailing them to the email address associated with your account; (b) emailing or messaging you a link or notice directing you to a Communication on plumbfinance.com or in the app; (c) posting them within your account or the app; or (d) another electronic method we reasonably use. It is your responsibility to keep your email address and account information current and to maintain access to them. You may update your contact information in your account settings.

3. Your right to receive paper, and to request copies

You have the right to receive any Communication on paper at no charge. To request a paper copy of a specific Communication, contact us at support@plumbfinance.com or 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 and identify the Communication. Requesting a paper copy will not, by itself, withdraw your consent to electronic delivery.

4. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by contacting us at support@plumbfinance.com or 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 and stating that you withdraw your E-SIGN consent.

• Withdrawal is effective only after we have a reasonable time to process it.
• Withdrawal applies to future Communications.
• Because Plumb is an online-only service that relies on electronic delivery, if you withdraw consent we may be unable to continue providing some or all of the Service, and we may suspend or close your account (you will still be able to cancel your subscription, and Section 8 of the Terms governs any refund).

There is no fee to withdraw consent.

5. Hardware and software you need

To access and retain electronic Communications, you need:

• A current web browser that supports secure (TLS/HTTPS) connections, or the current Plumb mobile app;
• A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access;
• A valid email account and the software to access it;
• The ability to view and save PDF and HTML documents (a PDF reader); and
• Sufficient storage or a printer to retain copies of Communications.

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access or retain Communications, we will notify you and give you the chance to withdraw consent without penalty (other than the consequences in Section 4).

6. Confirming you can access this document

By affirmatively agreeing to this E-SIGN Consent in the same electronic form in which it is presented, you confirm that you can access and read this document electronically and that your device meets the requirements in Section 5.

7. Electronic signatures

You agree that your electronic actions — such as clicking "I agree," checking a box, or otherwise indicating assent — constitute your electronic signature and have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that electronic records may be used as evidence.
